Submission Method


Authors are advised to submit your abstract or full-length paper by September 5, 2018 via Microsoft submission system. Please submit the paper as a PDF file. The file size should not exceed 10 MByte.


Electronic Submission System (.pdf) or through email (.pdf or .doc) directly.

All submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. Submissions will be chosen based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program.


Publication Ethics

We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.



Publication Choice


Authors are advised to choose one of the following publication options for publishing of your paper.

Choice 1. Pulibcation in Conference Proceedings. Submissions will be peer reviewed by conference committees, and accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus, etc. The template is available here.

Choice 2. Publication in Journal. Submissions will be reviewed by the conference committees and journal editorial board, and accepted papers will be published in the International Journal of Engineering and Technology, which will be indexed by Chemical Abstracts Services (CAS), Google Scholar, ProQuest, EI (INSPEC, IET), etc. The template is available here.

Choice 3. Only Presentation Without Pulibcation. For those who're NOT looking to publish their papers, it's acceptable to submit your abstracts to the conference simply for presentation without publication, which will be sent to at least two technical committees for a brief review, and it will take about 10 working days.
