Prof. Zhiguo Tong

BIO: Zhiguo Tong is a Professor at Beihang University, Beijing, China. He received the B.E. degree in Electronic Science and Technology from Tianjin University, Tianjin, China, in 2018, the M.Sc. degree in Microelectronics from Fudan University, Shanghai, China, in 2021, and Ph.D. degree in Electronic and Computer Engineering from the University of Macau in 2024 and subsequently worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania (2025.10- 2026.05). He was also a Visiting Scholar with the IMS-MX Group at Leibniz University Hannover, Germany (2024.05- 2024.08). His research focuses on high-efficiency, high-power-density power conversion, with a particular emphasis on switched-capacitor–inductor hybrid DC–DC converters and integrated power management for emerging computing and robotic systems.
Assoc. Prof. Weili Yang

BIO: Weili Yang is an Associate Professor and Master's Supervisor at Guizhou Minzu University. He received his Ph.D. degree in Pattern Recognition and Intelligent Systems from South China University of Technology in 2022. His research interests include artificial intelligence, deep learning, biometrics, and multimodal perception and understanding. In recent years, he has authored over 10 papers in the fields of computer vision and deep learning, published in prestigious journals and conferences including IEEE TPAMI, IEEE TIFS, Pattern Recognition, IEEE T-BIOM, IEEE TIM, IJCB, and CCBR, among which 8 are SCI-indexed. He received the Best Paper Award at IJCB 2021 and the First Prize for Technological Invention from the Guangdong Internet of Things Association in 2025. He has led 1 key project and 2 general projects funded by the Guizhou Provincial Science and Technology Program, and participated as the first collaborator in 1 General Program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He holds 1 authorized international invention patent and 5 authorized national invention patents. He serves as a reviewer for journals including Pattern Recognition, IEEE TIM, EAAI, ESWA, and IEEE SPL, as well as conferences including ICME and PRCV.
Asst. Prof. Qiancheng Zhao

BIO: Qiancheng Zhao is an assistant professor in the School of Microelectronics at the Southern University of Science and Technology. His research focuses on integrated photonic devices, mainly on the tantalum pentoxide and gallium phosphide-on-insulator integrated photonic platforms, with particular interest in low-loss waveguides, athermal optical filters, external cavity integrated lasers, piezo-actuated photonic devices, and nonlinear photonic devices, aiming for tunable narrow-linewidth lasers, reconfigurable on-chip photonic interconnects, and photonic computing applications. He has published papers in Nature Communications, Optica, Advanced Optical Materials, Nanophotonics, ACS Photonics, and other prestigious academic journals, and given invited talks at several international conferences. He received the "Young Scientist Award" at the IEEE OGC Conference (2025). He is an early-career editor for Photonics, an IEEE Senior Member, and an Optica Life Member.
Assoc. Prof. Yida Li

BIO: Yida Li is currently an Associate Professor at the School of Microelectronics, Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech). He received his Ph.D. from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2013. He was a principal engineer at TSMC developing 7/5 nm technology node, as well as a research fellow in NUS. With over 17 years at the forefront of microelectronics, his research interest spans low temperature processable materials, memory and logic devices, monolithic 3D integration processes, and compute-in-memory system architectures for next generation IC chip in the post Moore era. He is also an IEEE EDL editor.
